1. This website and the tools

Funtoolio introduces a collection of free and affordable tools. This homepage is a directory: it does not create an account, accept payment, or collect product feedback. Product links take you to separate services. Their own terms, privacy notices, features, limits, and pricing apply when you use them.

One shared Funtoolio account is intended to let you sign in across services that require an account. Shared sign-in does not mean that a plan or subscription covers every tool.

2. Self-service and limited support

Our approach is self-service, to keep free and inexpensive tools affordable. Routine personal assistance, onboarding, training, customization, live chat, and troubleshooting are not included unless a particular service expressly offers them.

We may provide help at our discretion, but do not promise an individual reply or a response or resolution time for routine questions. This does not limit mandatory legal rights or obligations concerning privacy, security, billing, complaints, or service defects.

3. Suggestions and feedback

You may leave voluntary suggestions and bug reports through a tool's product-feedback option, where available. We may consider them when improving the tools, but do not promise a reply, implementation, payment, credit, or a delivery date.

The submission notice and feedback terms in that tool explain any permission to use your feedback. This directory page does not collect submissions or impose a new license on feedback you already gave. Product feedback is separate from your uploaded work, client review comments, and private security reports. Please do not include passwords, confidential files, or sensitive personal information in routine feedback.

4. Responsible use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, distribute malicious software, impersonate someone else, or misuse another person's information. Respect rights in the website's content and in any material you share with a tool.

5. Availability and important decisions

The collection is preparing for launch; listed tools may not yet be publicly available. Product information and availability can change. There is no contractual uptime or uninterrupted-access guarantee for this directory.

Check each tool's current information before relying on it. Calculator scenarios are educational and are not personalized financial advice or promises of returns. Booking requests are not confirmed reservations until the host confirms them.

6. Your rights and policy changes

Nothing on this page excludes rights or remedies that applicable law makes mandatory. Product-specific policies must describe the actual offer and any applicable cancellation, refund, privacy, or complaint process. Visiting this directory does not by itself establish that you accepted every product's terms.

When this draft is finalized, an effective date and version will be shown. Material changes to effective service terms should be communicated as required and should not be treated as retroactive permission for earlier feedback.

7. Important requests and contact

Security reports, privacy requests, billing matters, and legal complaints must be handled separately from optional product suggestions. The responsible operator's identity and a functioning, monitored contact route will be listed here before these terms become effective. Routine feedback is not a substitute for that route.

8. Homepage visit analytics

On the public homepage, Umami Cloud counts visits using a fixed public title and path, hostname, browser language, and screen size. We exclude URL queries, fragments, referrers, and account information. The provider receives the network request, including the connection IP address. Collection shares a website stream with Do Approve Me and Shopdesk; reports can be filtered by hostname.

The tracker uses no cookies. The optional tracking preference is stored in your browser's local storage for 180 days. Do Not Track and saved opt-out choices disable collection; no tracking runs without JavaScript or on local previews. This Terms of Use page is not tracked.
